average stay with SOME issues
poor isolation traffic noise
the metro station was directly across the street, i found this location convenient.
the noise isolation was not great. ALL night i heard planes and traffic. it was hard to sleep well due to sound.

the metro stop is very close, right in front of the hotel. i found a supermarket nearby.

amazing breakfast quiet neighborhood convenient metro
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! it had so many choices. the location is excellent. It is a quiet neighborhood. the metro is across the street. It makes getting around so easy.

the hotel is close to the metro line stop, and the museum calouste gulbenkian is nearby. el corte ingles and several parks are also in close proximity to this accommodation. there are lots of very good restaurants in the locality.

The room was spacious and very clean. it had twin beds and chairs. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. the bedroom included a balcony. The view was nice.

the staff were excellent and very helpful. the greeting at reception was friendly. the buffet breakfast had many choices. the management was great and the staff was polite and obliging.

plentiful breakfast late checkout small room broken air conditioning
the location was perfect, it was so dreamy. a metro station right across the street makes getting around very simple. the breakfast was plentiful with many selections for me to enjoy. the hotel offered a late checkout too, so kind.
the room felt smaller than expected. air conditioning did not work very well in the room. we had requested, it was a little disappointment.

wide variety friendly staff
The location is very close to the Metro station. I found the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. It included pastries and cured meats. I also saw the staff was consistently friendly and helpful.
My room had only two electric outlets though the hotel provided extension cords after I asked.
